My Wife makes these Pork Chops that are so good.  A family favorite that always satisfies.  The Spicy Finadene Sauce adds great flavor and a nice kick of heat.  One of my fave home cooked meals for sure.  The secret is marinating the Chops in Mama Sita's Sauce before grilling them.

Came home from a long day in Maui to this delicious dinner.  Thick Pork Chop marinated in Mama Sita's Sauce and grilled on the BBQ.  Served with an incredible delicious and spicy Finadene Sauce which I love.  This is one of my fave dinners.

My Wife marinates Pork Chops overnight in Mama Sita's marinade and then we cook them on the BBQ.  Always serve with her delicious Fenedene Sauce which adds even more flavor and a bit of heat.  So good!

This is one of our Top 10 favorite meals at home.  Marinated Grilled Pork Chops with Finadene Sauce.  We use Mama Sita's Marinade which packs a ton of flavor into the Chops.

The Pork Chops are delicious and the spicy Finadene Sauce takes the dish over the top with incredible flavor and heat.  Damn this is so good!

Pretty surprised to see my Wife and Daughter love these two dishes.  They devoured both and wanted more.  Guess I will need to cook larger portions next time.  After the prepping, these dishes cooked up in just minutes.  Tons of flavor and a little heat from Crushed Red Pepper and Sambal Olek Chile Sauce!

Another WOW dinner prepared by my Wife.  Her marinated Pork Chops with Finadene Sauce is one of my favorite meals.  The flavors of the Pork Chop and Finadene Sauce are amazing and there is just enough heat to spice it up a bit.  This is so good!

This dinner is so good.  One of our family faves.  The marinated Pork Chops have so much flavor from the Mama Sita's Marinade.  Highly recommend this brand for Pork Chops and Chicken.  My Wife Air Fried the Brussels sprouts with Pancetta and they came out crispy and sweet.  What puts this meal over the top is the spicy Finadene Sauce.

Love this little Pork Chop dinner my lovely bride cooks up using a marinade from the Philippines.

She also makes a Spicy Vinegar Dipping Sauce that puts this meal over the top for me.  Love it!

We don't eat a lot of meat at home so I wanted to change our menu up a bit with Pork Chops.  I marinated the Chops in Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar and Spices for about one hour and then threw them on the BBQ.  Topped with Caramelized Apples and served with some Garlic Mashed Potatoes.  Delicious!

We don't eat much Pork at home so I decided to change it up and try some Pork Chops.  Since it was a warm and mildly humid night I cooked the Chops on the outdoor BBQ.  Served with grilled Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes with a little Butter, Sour Cream and Bacon.  Delicious dinner cooked up fast and for just above $15 total for three!

Side Street is one of the best hidden gems in Honolulu. This popular bar/restaurant is the bomb if you like to eat family style and enjoy a lot of different plates with a cold beer or glass of wine. The Fried Rice alone is worth a visit. It is filled with meat and hands down the best in town. The Spinach Salad is also the best in town. Everyone loves Fried Pork Chops, huge steaks and the Kalua Pork Sliders. Pork with a slice of pineapple sandwiched between two buns and topped with a sweet sauce. We tried a whole fresh fish and it was fantastic on this visit. Side Street is always busy but the veteran wait staff is friendly and on the ball. They keep bringing the dishes and beverages with a smile. I love to take out of town guests here. They all seem to love the local atmosphere and great food.
