GRILLED PORK CHOP
DINNER AT HOME
We marinate Pork Chops in this sauce we bring back from the Philippines overnight and then grill on the BBQ. This alone is super delicious and one of our families favorite meals. What kicks this dish up is the sauce consisting of Soy Sauce, Shallots, Vinegar, Chili Flakes and Hot Thai Chilis. May be a few other things in the sauce too. It flat out takes the Pork Chops to another level of deliciousness. Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Corn. So Good!
