DINNER AT HOME

This simple dinner is oh so delicious.  The Pork Chops marinated in Mama Sita's sauce are incredible when cooked on the grill.  The marinade caramelizes and creates a depth of flavor that cannot be beat.  We serve with a spicy Finadene Sauce that helps make this one of our families favorite dinners.  The Finadene sauce also goes great with the rice.  Yummy!

This dinner is so good.  One of our family faves.  The marinated Pork Chops have so much flavor from the Mama Sita's Marinade.  Highly recommend this brand for Pork Chops and Chicken.  My Wife Air Fried the Brussels sprouts with Pancetta and they came out crispy and sweet.  What puts this meal over the top is the spicy Finadene Sauce.

Oh...what a delicious dinner.  Marinated Pork Chop cooked on the BBQ with grilled vegetables.

Love dipping the Pork Chop in the Finadene Sauce which adds a spicy and tart finish.

These grilled Pork Chops marinated in a sauce that my Wife brings back from the Philippines is becoming a family favorite meal.  We marinate the Chops in the marinade for about an hour before cooking and it imparts flavor and a great char when grilled.  Served with a Finadene Sauce that includes vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, shallots, celery and hot chili peppers.  Incredible dipping sauce for the Pork Chops and I love it with rice too.

We marinate Pork Chops in this sauce we bring back from the Philippines overnight and then grill on the BBQ.  This alone is super delicious and one of our families favorite meals.  What kicks this dish up is the sauce consisting of Soy Sauce, Shallots, Vinegar, Chili Flakes and Hot Thai Chilis.  May be a few other things in the sauce too.  It flat out takes the Pork Chops to another level of deliciousness.  Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Corn.  So Good!
