This simple dinner is oh so delicious.  The Pork Chops marinated in Mama Sita's sauce are incredible when cooked on the grill.  The marinade caramelizes and creates a depth of flavor that cannot be beat.  We serve with a spicy Finadene Sauce that helps make this one of our families favorite dinners.  The Finadene sauce also goes great with the rice.  Yummy!

This Pork Chop was marinated and cooked to perfection.  While it is charred on the outside, the inside was perfectly moist and filled with flavor.  The secret is the marinade which is called Mama Sita's. Adds so much flavor and carmelizes perfectly on the Chop when you grill them.  The other thing that puts these Chops over the top is the spicy Finadene Sauce my Wife makes.
 Maybe one of my top 10 home cooked meals!

We marinate Pork Chops in this sauce we bring back from the Philippines overnight and then grill on the BBQ.  This alone is super delicious and one of our families favorite meals.  What kicks this dish up is the sauce consisting of Soy Sauce, Shallots, Vinegar, Chili Flakes and Hot Thai Chilis.  May be a few other things in the sauce too.  It flat out takes the Pork Chops to another level of deliciousness.  Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Corn.  So Good!

Love this little Pork Chop dinner my lovely bride cooks up using a marinade from the Philippines.

She also makes a Spicy Vinegar Dipping Sauce that puts this meal over the top for me.  Love it!
