Another PERFECT dinner at Margotto Hawaii. All I can say is Wow. Every time I eat here it seems it is one of the best meals of my life. Love the food, people and service! The Pastas here are world class with the Bolognese being my favorite. The Uni Pasta with Tomato Sauce is the best Uni Pasta in Hawaii and so delicious. The Pesto all Genovese Pasta was amazing. Light flavor that was not over powering like many Pestos. The Au Gratin Style Mashed Potatoes infused with Truffle when topped with Foie Gras and Truffles is life changing. One of the best things I have ever eaten in my life and definitely on the list for a last supper. I love the Caviar Egg and it is the best way to start a meal at Margotto. The Foie Gras Frittata is also a winner with the lightest, fluffiest Eggs topped with a generous portion of Foie Gras. Lick the plate good. The French Toast Ice Cream was a great surprise as we do not usually have dessert here. Already booked to return next week!
