My lovely bride makes the best Steaks.  This one was pure perfection.  Served with Smashed Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese and Broccolini.  Yummy!

Blessed to come home to a perfect dinner like this.  My Wife prepared an incredible steak that was on par with Ruth's Chris, Morton's or Del Frisco's.  Seasoned and charred on the outside and a perfect medium rare on the inside.  Loved it!  The appetizer was a Caprese Salad with Burrata which was da bomb!

Another incredible restaurant quality steak dinner cooked by my Wife.  Damn, she can cook the best steaks ever.  I cannot touch her in this cooking department.  The best!

Our second visit to Prime C Steakhouse aboard the Azamara Pursuit was as good as the first.  Once again, I went for the Filet Mignon and it was absolutely perfect.  Again one of the best steaks ever on a cruise ship.  Also liked the Cheese and Onion Soup.  Lobster Bisque excellent too.  Again, not a fan of the desserts.

My Wife makes the most incredible steaks and with this dinner, she made incredible Chicken Fried Rice too.  Wow....what a terrific meal.  Loved it!

This steak dinner at home was restaurant quality and so perfect.  The Mushrooms and Onions sautéed in Butter and Garlic was a great compliment to the steak and Parmesan Mashed Potatoes.  Does not get much better than this for dinner on our lanai.  So nice to have Keli home too.

When it comes to Steak, my Wife can cook one as good as any Steakhouse in Hawaii.  Her Filet Mignon cooked medium rare is the best!  This meal was perfect.  We started with our favorite appetizer of Tartufo Cheese with Raspberry Jam.  This combination of flavors on a piece of toasted Garlic Bread cannot be beat.  A delicious Caesar Salad followed by the Steak and I was in heaven.  Does not get much better than this.

Had a pretty stressful few days and my Wife told me to just relax and she would make dinner.  She delivered a perfectly cooked Filet with Grilled Onions and Zucchini.  This was perfect and enjoyed on our lanai with a nice Cabernet.  These 8oz steaks from Whole Foods are the perfect size for me.  Love them!

My Wife pulled this incredible dinner off in less than 30 minutes.  Restaurant quality Steak and Scallops enjoyed on our lanai on a beautiful Hawaii evening.  Truly blessed.

We decided to see Carrot Top who was playing at the Luxor Hotel.  After the show, we dined at Tender.  We had a great Vietnamese waiter who really made sure everything was just right.  We both started with the Caesar Salad ($10).  This was a basic Caesar with large pieces of anchovies.  Not bad, but not great.  The Creamed Corn ($9) was delicious.  I had the 20oz Ribeye ($49).  This steak was cooked perfectly and delicious.  Could not stop eating it.  My friend enjoyed a perfect 8oz Filet Mignon ($40).  Cut like butter.  Enjoyed the food ambiance and service here.
