Blessed to come home to a perfect dinner like this.  My Wife prepared an incredible steak that was on par with Ruth's Chris, Morton's or Del Frisco's.  Seasoned and charred on the outside and a perfect medium rare on the inside.  Loved it!  The appetizer was a Caprese Salad with Burrata which was da bomb!

 My Wife surprised me with this amazing Steakhouse dinner.  Perfectly cooked Filet with Au Gratin Potatoes and Cream Spinach.  As good or better than my favorite Steakhouse.

Wow....came home from another long day at work to this incredible dinner.  Perfectly seasoned and cooked Filet Mignon, Foie Gras, Roasted Beets with Balsamic Glaze and Parmesan Broccolini.  My goodness....better than any restaurant.  Perfection!

This steak dinner at home was restaurant quality and so perfect.  The Mushrooms and Onions sautéed in Butter and Garlic was a great compliment to the steak and Parmesan Mashed Potatoes.  Does not get much better than this for dinner on our lanai.  So nice to have Keli home too.

When it comes to Steak, my Wife can cook one as good as any Steakhouse in Hawaii.  Her Filet Mignon cooked medium rare is the best!  This meal was perfect.  We started with our favorite appetizer of Tartufo Cheese with Raspberry Jam.  This combination of flavors on a piece of toasted Garlic Bread cannot be beat.  A delicious Caesar Salad followed by the Steak and I was in heaven.  Does not get much better than this.

Had a pretty stressful few days and my Wife told me to just relax and she would make dinner.  She delivered a perfectly cooked Filet with Grilled Onions and Zucchini.  This was perfect and enjoyed on our lanai with a nice Cabernet.  These 8oz steaks from Whole Foods are the perfect size for me.  Love them!

This Ribeye was incredible.  My Wife seasoned and cooked it perfectly.  Served with Pesto Cauliflower and Asparagus.  Our take on eating low carb!

Enjoyed some leftover Petite Filet and Cauliflower with Peas and Pesto.  Didn't taste like leftovers.  Cannot believe how good Cauliflower tastes with Peas and Pesto.  Delicious!

This amazing dinner was prepared by my Wife.  The Ribeye was cooked to perfection and the Succotash was amazing.  One of my favorite veggie dishes these days.  She was inspired to make the Succotash after eating it at Et Al in Kahala.  My Wife's version was just as good.

This was pretty much a perfect dinner for us.  All the flavors and textures we love.

Probably the best Bacon Wrapped Asparagus I have ever tasted.  The small salad with Beets and Crumbled Bleu Cheese with crispy chilled lettuce was perfect and the steak....well it was perfection.  My Wife cooks steak like a fine dining restaurant.  Maybe better.

Celebrating my Daughters birthday week concluded with her favorites.  Started with fresh Sashimi and Avocado which we all love.  Next up was a Beet and Tomato Salad served with Blue Cheese and Balsamic Glaze.  My Daughter loves Foie Gras and can eat it like candy.  I will always remember ordering a piece of Foie Gras at a restaurant for around $40.  She ate it in one bite and did not allow anyone else to have any.  I made Foie Gras for this dinner along with a Raspberry Sauce.  Once again my Wife prepared the most amazing and delicious steaks.  She also made these flavor packed Smashed Potatoes with Garlic, Butter and Parmesan.  This dinner was absolutely amazing.

I can cook a lot of great meals but when it comes to Steak, my Wife is the Chef.

She knows how to season and cook Steak perfectly.  This Ribeye was amazing!
