Made Carne Asada Burritos for Taco Tuesday to change it up a bit.  Guacamole, Carne Asada, Onion, Cilantro and Hot Sauce with a low carb Flour Tortilla.  Yummy and as good as San Diego Burritos!

Delicious Tostadas with Rotisserie Chicken sautéed with Green Chili's, Onion, Garlic and Jalapeño.  Started with a base of Avocado Corn Salsa and topped with Chicken, Hot Sauce, Lettuce, Cheddar Cheese and Pico de Gallo.  Oh....how I love Tostadas and Tacos!

Ala Madre low carb tortillas of course.

The Pioneer Woman made Burritos this morning and it made me crave one.  We had Refried Beans and Taco Meat in the fridge so I threw together this delicious Burrito in minutes.  Refried Beans with Onion and Jalapeño, Taco Beef, Cheddar Cheese, Onions, Tomato, Cilantro and Hot Sauce.  Low carb flour tortilla of course.  Loved it!

Saw this Taco Crunch Wrap recipe on Instagram and decided to give it a try.  Turned out to be delicious. Started with a base of Cream Cheese topped with homemade Salsa, Taco Meat, Spicy Protein Chips, Guacamole, Cheese and Lettuce.  Low carb Tortillas of course!

This simple Turkey and Swiss Wrap hit the spot with flavor.  Used a low carb tortilla and filled with Turkey, Swiss Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Balsamic Dressing, a little Mayo and the kicker Spicy Olive Salad from Central Grocery in New Orleans.

Made this delicious Ham and Cheese Wrap using a low carb Tortilla.  Added Lettuce, Onion, Spicy Olive Salad and a bit of Horseradish Mustard plus Balsamic Dressing.

I was making a Burrito using a low carb Mission Tortilla and it was too large to wrap up.  Decided to just eat it like a Taco.  My Drewitto included Spicy Refried Beans, Shredded Chicken, Cheese, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream and Hot Sauce.  Delicious!

These were some of the best Tostadas ever.  Great flavors from the Spicy Refried Beans, Shredded Chicken that I added Sautéd Onions, Garlic, Jalapeño, Tomatoes and Green Chilis to.  Topped with Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream and Cojita Cheese.

After enjoying incredible Beef Tacos for Taco Tuesday we turned the leftovers into Tostadas.

Used the A La Madre low carb Tortillas and they were super crispy with great texture and flavor.  We started with a layer of Spicy Refried Beans on the fried tortilla and then topped with Seasoned Beef, Hot Sauce, Lettuce, Cheddar Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Cotija Cheese and slice Avocado.  Oh my these were so delicious and filling.  Tostada heaven!

Taco Tuesday at Casa de Santos was spectacular.  These Tacos were so delicious.  Used A La Madre low carb Tortillas and they had the perfect crunch, texture and taste.  Crunch Tacos are my fave and we loaded these with Spicy Seasoned Beef, Guacamole, Sour Cream, Lettuce, Cheese, Pico de Gallo and a dusting of Cotija Cheese.
