Another delicious Taco Tuesday at home.  My Crunchy Beef Tacos are delicious.  I make fresh Pico de Gallo and Guacamole and use Ala Madre Low Carb Tortillas.

I can eat Tacos every day of the week and since finding A La Madre Low Carb Tortillas, we enjoy them quite often.  On this Taco Tuesday, I made Crunchy Beef Tacos with Guacamole.  I prefer a good Crunchy Taco over Soft Tacos so we rarely make Soft Tacos at home.  These Tacos are rockin with flavor and one of our favorite meals time after time.

We had some leftover Steak and some Chicken in the refrigerator.  Also Onion, Jalapeños and Bell Peppers plus a new shipment of low carb Flour Tortillas.  Fajitas came into my mind as it was a Taco Tuesday.  Seasoned the meats and vegetables with Flavor God Chipotle, Taco Tuesday, Fiesta Sweet and Tangy Seasonings, Salt and Pepper and Cooked everything on the BBQ.  Served with Avocado, Salsa, Sour Cream and Cilantro.  Low carb and delicious!

I love Taco Tuesdays at home.  Made these absolutely delicious Beef and Avocado Tacos that were packed with flavor.  My Wife has the Tortilla frying down and gets the shells perfectly crispy.  Oh how I love these Tacos!

These Beef Tacos are a family favorite and probably one of my top 10 favorite meals at home. 

I went with normal Tortillas rather than the low carb version and was in heaven.  So good that if I could, I would eat a dozen of these Tacos.

Loving Taco Tuesdays at home with Mr. Tortilla 1 net carb Tortillas.  While they don't have the great taste and texture of a regular tortilla, they do serve the purpose and taste pretty good. They are also about half the size of a standard tortilla.  These Beef Tacos rock and are one of my faves.

I LOVE good Shredded Beef Crunchy Tacos and there is no better place that makes them in Honolulu then my house.  Our Shredded Beef takes hours to make so we freeze some so we can enjoy tacos when we get the urge.  Then we serve it up with fresh made Salsa and Pico de Gallo.  One of my favorite meals of all time!

Last year we had a great Cinco de Mayo party with around ten friends coming over for Fish, Steak, Shredded Beef and Chicken Tacos.  We had Margaritas, lots of beer and a really good time.  This year because of COVID-19 we downsized to just Shredded Beef and Shrimp Tempura Tacos for just the three of us.  A very mellow celebration but the tacos were amazing!
