Absolutely LOVE these Shrimp Tempura Tacos.  Definitely one of my favorite tacos on the planet.

Last year we had a great Cinco de Mayo party with around ten friends coming over for Fish, Steak, Shredded Beef and Chicken Tacos.  We had Margaritas, lots of beer and a really good time.  This year because of COVID-19 we downsized to just Shredded Beef and Shrimp Tempura Tacos for just the three of us.  A very mellow celebration but the tacos were amazing!

Yes I am posting my Shrimp Tempura Tacos again.  They are so so good.  Delicious and very satisfying.  The White Sauce with Plain Yogurt, Mayonnaise and Lime Juice make these tacos pop with flavor and the Cabbage, Cheddar Cheese Pico de Gallo, Jalapeño, Avocado and Cotijo Cheese make these one of my favorite tacos on the planet!
