Another Taco Tuesday at Casa de Santos.  We made up Shredded Beef and Chicken Tacos that were so good.  Best Tacos on the Island if you ask me.  Entire family loves these Tacos!

DINNER AT HOME

Opened the refrigerator and saw a pound of Ground Turkey.  Decided to make Tacos since we had everything needed plus some leftover Pico de Gallo.  Added Onions, Jalapeño, and Taco Seasoning to the Turkey and then topped with Lettuce, Cheese, Pico and Hot Sauce.  These were great and just as good if not better than Ground Beef Tacos.

TACO AND MARGARITA PARTY

Wow...what at Taco Night at our casa in Honolulu.  We cooked up homemade Carne Asada, Shredded Beef, Shredded Chicken and Fish Tacos with all the fixins including homemade Chips, Salsa, Refried Beans, Black Beans, Mexican Rice, Pickled Carrots/Peppers and Jalapeño Poppers.  My Wife did an amazing job cooking everything and preparing each taco by hand one at a time.  Guests were able to try all the great tacos and enjoy great Margaritas, Tequila, Mexican Beer and Wine.  What a night!
