GRILLED MARLIN WITH PAPAYA SALSA

DINNER AT HOME

This was hands down one of the best fish dinners I have ever prepared.  Absolutely delicious. Served with Papaya Salsa and a Lemon Beurre Blanc sauce.

GRILLED OPAH WITH GARLIC, SHALLOT AND CAPER CREAM SAUCE

GRILLED OPAH WITH GARLIC, SHALLOT AND CAPER CREAM SAUCE
DINNER AT HOME

Wow....this was delicious.  So blessed to live in Hawaii where we have an abundance of fresh fish.
This Opah was amazing.  Grilled and served with a sauce made with garlic, shallots, white wine, chicken stock, capers, lemon juice and butter.  Better than any restaurant in Hawaii!

GRILLED MONCHONG

 GRILLED MONCHONG
DINNER AT HOME

This simple and delicious fresh fish dinner was under $10 total for our family of three.  The super fresh Monchong has a mild flavor and needs a sauce.  I used some Lomi Salmon that we had in the refrigerator.  Usually make a white wine and butter sauce but my Wife and Daughter love Lomi Salmon and I wanted to use up what we had in the fridge.  Delicious!

GRILLED MARLIN WITH CREAM SAUCE
DINNER AT HOME

Cooked up this delicious and restaurant quality Grilled Marlin dinner in minutes.  Made sauce using white wine, shallots, garlic, ginger, cream and butter.  Had some potatoes in the pantry so I made homemade mashed potatoes with a little butter and cream cheese.  This dinner was oh so good!
