Totally enjoyed a late afternoon lunch at Plumeria Beach House with my Daughter.  It is very rare that we get to spend one on one time together so I cherished every minute here.  We enjoyed the Spicy Ahi Roll which was delicious.  I went for the Beach House Salad and she went for a Pizza.  The Pizza had a ton of cheese and really was not that great.  I did like my salad though.  Our waiter Justin was fantastic.  Always smiling and making sure we were happy.  Cannot beat the location too.  Simply beautiful!

Enjoyed dinner at Little Joe's Steakhouse.  The food was great and the service we got from a gal name Nicole was even better.  She was a true superstar working the tables.  The Ahi Sashimi was cut a bit too thick for my liking.  The Calamari was delicious.  Perfectly cooked and served with a slightly sweet sauce.  I enjoyed the Surf & Turf but was so full from the appetizers that I could not finish my steak.  I ordered the steak medium rare and it came to the table medium.  The star of the food was the Rack of Lamb.  Wow..this was delicious.  My daughter was the winner for ordering it.  The Ribeye was really good according to her boyfriend.  This is a nice little Steakhouse with prices that are very reasonable.  No wonder the place was totally packed.

These Beef, Bean and Avocado Tostadas were some of the best I have ever eaten in my life. Yes that good.  Low carb too with A La Madre low carb Corn Tortillas.  So good we ate these two nights in a row.

I made Stuffed Bell Peppers last week using a mixture of Beef, Pork and Italian Sausage.  Saved half of this meat mixture to make pasta sauce.  Went off my low carb diet to enjoy real Pasta and believe me, I was not disappointed.  Even had two small slices of Garlic Bread too.

I have loved Stuffed Peppers since my Grandma made them for us as a child.  I made these with Beef, Pork and Italian Sausage.  Added Onion, Shallots, Chopped Bell Peppers, Rice and Mozzarella Cheese. Served with Meat Sauce.

Cannot resist a nice fresh block of Ahi Sashimi when I see it at the market.  Never get tired of this appetizer and in fact am craving it now after looking at this picture.

We enjoyed brunch at Liko's so much that we immediately made reservations to try their dinner menu the following week.  Was not disappointed as once again the food, service and view delivered.  We started with the Poke which I love because it is served with fresh Avocado, Onions and a slightly sweet sauce.  The Crab Cakes were good but really did not Wow anyone at the table.  Needed a little bit more sauce.  The Mezze Plate was devoured by the table.  There was really a little something for everyone on the plate.  The Heirloom Tomato Salad was good but needed more dressing to make the flavors pop.  I went for the Prime Rib and it was cooked perfectly and delicious.  The Mashed Potatoes were amazing.  If I were not trying to eat low carb, I would have ate them all and asked for more.  The Fresh Catch Kona Kampachi was really good.  My daughter loved the Couscous and her boyfriend that does not eat a lot of seafood loved the Grilled Shrimp and Scallops.  He loved the Butter Sauce.  Everything was really good here and the entire table was happy and satisfied.  The came the desserts that put this dinner over the top.  The Rocky Road Cookie Dough rocked my world and I threw out the low carb crap after taking one bite.  Then I went onto the two desserts and couldn't stop eating.
