I have been trying to get into House of Prime Rib for years. Time and time again I go online to make reservations months in advance and the only openings are at 10PM. Pretty much had given up. On this trip we actually went on Open Table the in morning and there was an opening at 8PM that same day. We booked it and the rest is history. The first thing I noticed that surprised me was how friendly the staff is here. From the hostesses to the bartenders and waitresses, everyone was smiling, happy and accommodating. I had a glass of wine at the bar and the gal serving me was a joy. Our waiter for dinner was awesome too. He was really fun and engaging and provided a very high level of professional service. The food here speaks for itself. Not a lot on the menu but everything served is excellent. The Creamed Spinach, Cream Corn, Caesar Salad, Baked Potato and Prime Rib all excellent. They do it right in every way!
