Hale Vietnam is our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Honolulu.  Often go for a sit down lunch or dinner and on this night did the take out thing.  Went with our "go to" meal which is simply Spring Rolls and Rare Steak & Brisket Pho.  This was totally satisfying and filling.  Love it!

After two weeks of eating heavy meals it was nice to get back to the lighter side.  Enjoyed Hale Viet Nam Pho with Rare Steak and Brisket.  My Daughter enjoyed the same but also had Tendon plus an extra order of Beef Balls added to hers.  I avoid eating the noodles to stay low carb but everyone else devours them.  Love the Spring Rolls here too!

A cold (75 degree) and rainy Hawaii evening is the perfect time to enjoy a bowl of hot Vietnamese Pho.  We ordered takeout and had this dinner at home.  Delicious!
