Lucky our local guide in Cochin, India recommended Hotel Cochin Fort for lunch. This was hands down our favorite meal in India. Food and service was EXCELLENT. We chose our Fish, Shrimp and Crab from display bins located in the front of the restaurant and were given an unlimited variations on preparation. Everything came out delicious and was served by a smiling and happy staff. My Wife loved the Chicken Biriyani and said it was the best she ever had. She actually craved going back for this dish during the remainder of our vacation. This was a great moment in our lives not only for the food, but for the people and experience.
