I love the Aria in Las Vegas and now I love Blossom at the Aria. This Chinese/Asian restaurant serves up some delicious food with great service. I dined alone here and was comfortable and treated very well by the waitress, wine steward and servers. They made me feel very welcome. Portions were large for just me, so I barely put a dent in my veggies and main course. The appetizer however was DEVOURED and was one of my favorite bites of 2026 and even in history. The Goose Liver was INCREDIBLE!!! One bite and my eyes rolled back and I said to myself "wow...this is amazing". I couldn't believe the flavors. The Liver was seared perfectly with a pepper zest that was pure heaven. This is good. Really good. In fact, I almost ordered more for dessert but was so full that I couldn't. I will go back to Blossom just for this and a nice glass of wine. The String Beans with XO Meat Sauce were also great and something I would definitely order again. For my main course, I opted for Fresh Fish with Vegetables. This was a large portion and definitely enough for two. I also loved this dish too. Enjoying some wine, taking it all in and eating this delicious food made for a very nice evening alone. Cannot wait to do this again.
