Instagram is filled with foodies eating at and recommending China Mama's in Las Vegas so I had to put it on my personal food tour. Boy....I am glad I did. Food here is excellent and the portions are huge. Big enough for at least two to three people per dish. I was dining alone so I barely put a dent in the food. Took the left overs with me and gave them to my Uber driver.
Everyone including the waitress said that the Honey Walnut Shrimp was very popular. I tried it and wow....delicious. Not too sweet with a light tint of mustard tang. Really good. Loved the Crispy Beef which I ordered spicy. One of those dishes you just cannot stop eating. I was getting full and the Cabbage and Pork Dumplings arrived. These are made by hand and per order so they take a bit longer. Everything else came out of the kitchen lightning fast. The Dumplings were also great. Just couldn't get more than one down because I was so full.
This place is GREAT and I really want to come back with more people so we can try more dishes.
