Our family is not a breakfast family. Really only eat it while on vacation and included with our room. The Breakfast Buffet at The Signiel in Seoul is ok. Not the best and not the worst. Service is not Five Star. On one occasion we asked for sugar for our coffee and it never arrived. On another we asked for a coffee drink and it never arrived. Water is not served at the table but there is bottled water available. Liked that you can special order egg dishes to your liking. Nice selection of hot dishes including Bacon, Hash Browns, Sausage, Fish and Beef. Cold selections include Cereal, Salads, Korean dishes, Salmon, Vegetables and Fruit. Lots of Pastries too.
