LOW CARB AIR FRYER NACHOS
LUNCH AT HOME
I was craving Nachos and made a delicious low carb version using A La Madre Low Carb Tortillas, a bit of Avocado Oil spray and the Air Fryer. The Nachos were crisp in less than 9 minutes with the Air Fryer at 380 degrees. Topped with Nacho Cheese Dip, Onions, Bell Pepper and popped in microwave for 40 seconds to melt the cheese and warm the veggies. Added Jalapeños, Green Onion, Cilantro and Cotija Cheese.

SHRIMP TEMPURA TACOS
DINNER AT HOME
This is one of my favorite meals and favorite Tacos ever. Every time I eat these Shrimp Tempura Tacos it is pure heaven. I use A La Madre Low Carb Tortillas and they taste fantastic. Always add Avocado and Cotija Cheese if we have it.

DINNER AT HOME
Followed up Taco Tuesday with Tostada Wednesday at Casa de Santos. Spicy Refried Beans topped with Seasoned Beef, Lettuce, Cheese, Pico de Gallo and Sour Cream. Lots of Hot Sauce and A La Madre Low Carb Tortillas of course!

I absolutely LOVE Crunchy Shredded Beef Tacos. One of my favorite meals ever. We use
A La Madre low carb tortillas to stay low carb. Added Guacamole and sliced Avocado to these and was in Taco Heaven!

SHREDDED BEEF CRUNCHY TACOS
DINNER AT HOME
Crunchy Shredded Beef Tacos are one of my favorite meals. Problem is there is no place in Hawaii that makes good ones. I make my own using a variety of different recipes.
Made a delicious batch using a recipe from the internet. Simmered the Beef for hours with lots of spices, beef stock, tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, garlic and orange juice.
Used the recipe below and it turned out really good. Also use A La Madre Low Carb Tortillas to stay low carb. Highly recommend A La Madre Tortillas if you want all the great Tortilla taste without the carbs. https://alamadre.co

BEEF, BEAN AND GUACAMOLE TOSTADAS
DINNER AT HOME
After Taco Tuesday at Casa de Santos comes Tostada Wednesday with the leftovers. Nice layer of Spicy Refried Beans, Beef, Guacamole, Lettuce, Cheese, Pico de Gallo and a bit of Cotija Cheese. So filling and oh so delicious. We use A La Madre Low Carb Tortillas which have 3 net carbs too.
