We celebrated the completion of our bathroom remodel with Drew Burgers and Air Fryer French Fries.

Truly one of my favorite meals.  My Burgers come real close to tasting like an In N' Out Burger 

and they are my favorite Burger in Hawaii.  I would rather eat this Burger than any other Burger in Hawaii.  Not bragging but it is just the way I like a Burger.

SNACK AT HOME

Air Fried French Fries are the best.  All the great flavor of French Fries with very little fat.  I used three large Potatoes and only one tablespoon of oil to make this beautiful batch of Fries.  I tossed the uncooked and sliced potatoes in salt and pepper before placing them in the Fryer.  Cooked for 28 minutes at 380 degrees.  Mixed them up once halfway through the cooking process.  They were crispy and delicious.  Entire family mowed through these Fries like candy.  Nothing was left on the plate.  Sooo good!

With Mother's Day coming in a few days, I told my Wife that she could have anything in the world for dinner the next three nights.  I offered up Steak and Lobster, Sushi, Thai Food, Crab, Fish, Pasta, Rack of Lamb, Beef Wellington...anything.  It took her two days to decide and she came back with Mini Burgers and Air Fried French Fries.  I kid you not.  Was happy to make a mini version of my Drew Burgers and the Fries.  These burgers are really better than any restaurant in Hawaii.  Closest thing to getting an In N' Out Burger in Hawaii.  I absolutely love them and so does the Wife.
