Another delicious lunch from Kahai Street Kitchen.  This Chicken Cordon Bleu was packed with flavor from the generous amount of Ham and Swiss stuffed inside the Chicken.  I also had a side of Broccoli in place of eating the rice to stay low carb.

We don't get up to Oahu Country Club too often but after this dinner, I may have to go up more often.  The cool evening breeze, bottles of vino and good friends probably helped the overall experience but the food also shined.  The fresh Sashimi was perfect and cut thinner the way we like it.  The BBQ Ribs are a perfect appetizer for the table giving everyone a little beef with a nice tangy BBQ Sauce.  The Okonomiyaki Brussels Sprouts are a MUST.  This dish rocks with flavor and was a big hit with everyone.  Both the girls had the Grilled Salmon and loved it.  The boys both had a special which was Chicken Cordon Bleu.  We both really liked the dish.  Desserts were also good with the Mud Pie being my fave.  Good food, service and view make Anuenue a winner!

DINNER AT HOME

My girls abandoned me last night so tonight they made me dinner.  How lucky am I?  Chicken Cordon Bleu with Pearl Couscous was delicious.  The Chicken was stuffed with Black Forest Ham and Swiss Cheese.  The Couscous was infused with Tomato Basil Sauce.  All good but the star of the show were the Blistered Tomatoes which were so fresh and sweet.  I am so lucky and blessed.
