Really impressed with the growth of Eggs n' Things which started as a one store restaurant in Hawaii and now has blossomed to multiple locations including Guam and Japan. On this visit to Guam, I stopped in for breakfast and found the ordering system kind of funky. You order outside standing up looking at a menu that is handed to you. Then pay at the window before you enter the restaurant. Once you pay, you can take a seat and your order will be delivered by cheerful waitresses. Service was excellent and food was great. Huge portions and my Rice and Eggs were cooked to perfection. Not cheap though. Fried Rice with two Eggs and Portuguese Sausage with a cup of coffee set me back $25.
