The last two times I have been Downtown, I have eaten at Leo's Taverna.  On this day we were taping a radio commercial around lunch time.  Went to Leo's and ordered the Gyro which I really like.  Just wish they would clean up and organize the restaurant.  Not too inviting with chairs and boxes stacked all over the place.  Definitely needs to be spruced up to get more people to dine in.  But the Gyro was still delicious!

We used to always get a Leo's Taverna Gyro at Aloha Stadium during University of Hawaii Football Games.  With the stadium now closed and being torn down, I still get those cravings for a Gyro.  Ordered one up with my free Uber Eats delivery and enjoyed one at the office.

I kept it low carb by not eating the Pita Bread.  Delicious and satisfied by craving.

Cannot believe I have not been to Olive Tree Cafe in what seems like over ten years.  Probably one of the best BYOB restaurants in Honolulu.  I arrived just before 5:00 PM and found many tables outside taken already.  By the time the place opened it was packed.  Everyone seemed to have bottles of wine or beer at their table.  I enjoyed the food and service at the counter was great.  There is a wine store next door so this is the perfect place to hang out and eat/drink.  My favorites were Greek Caviar and Lamb.  Delicious!  Loved the outdoor seating and party like vibe of this place.  Will be back soon.
