There was no Bacon in our refrigerator on this morning but we did have Portuguese Sausage.  Made up this super delicious version of a BLT with Portuguese Sausage and topped it with an egg.

We had some beautiful tomato in the fridge and some Portuguese Sausage.  Made this tasty little breakfast sandwich in minutes.  Was amazed how well the tomato went with the sausage and egg.  Absolutely delicious!
