My Wife has perfected a Sweet and Sour Pork recipe that is hands down the best I have ever eaten. Ten times better than a Chinese restaurant.  She cooks the Pork to perfection and it is never hard or tasteless.  You can really taste the Pork flavor because the breading is so light.  This is one of my favorite home cooked meals.

My Wife makes the best Sweet and Sour Pork.  The Pork is plump, moist and flavorful unlike the dry heavily breaded stuff you get in most Chinese restaurants.  She uses fresh Hawaii pineapple and makes a slightly sweet sauce that is not heavy.  Its like a more healthy version of Sweet and Sour Pork and I absolutely love it.
