KALBI KOREAN DINNER

DINNER AT HOME

Our entire family enjoys Korean food.  Decided to make up our own at home and enjoy on the lanai.  Loved the Kalbi Beef.  Served with Kim Che, Spicy Cucumber, Bean Sprouts, Pickled Daikon, Taegu and Rice.

Visited a local Korean Market and picked up everything we needed to make a delicious Korean BBQ dinner at home.  I made the Korean style Bean Sprouts and we purchased the Kim Chi, Cucumbers and Daikon.  The Boneless Kalbi Beef and Spicy Pork were pre-marinated so I just had to cook them on the grill.  This was an absoutley delicious Korean dinner!

Enjoyed some delicious and meaty Kalbi Ribs for dinner.  Served with a delicious dipping sauce containing, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Shallots, Thai Chili Pepper, Garlic and Pepper.
