Took a few out of town guests and customers to Hoakalei Country Club for lunch.  I saw the Chop Salad on the menu and requested it with a piece of Mahi Mahi.  The waiter said of course and when they brought it there was Chicken and Mahi Mahi.  I failed to notice that the Chop Salad included Chicken.  Oh well it was pretty good.  Fish was fresh and cooked perfectly.

Not my favorite lunch but it is what I had to eat this day at the office.  Sardines in Tomato Sauce are delicious and they have zero carbs.  Tasted pretty good with these low carb
