SPINACH SALAD WITH GRILLED SCALLOPS AND SHRIMP

DINNER AT HOME

Went to the market to buy some fish for dinner and they didn't have a good selection.

Went for some Scallops instead and paired them with Shrimp and a Spinach Salad.  Added some Grilled Corn, Avocado and Cucumbers too.

I was at the market looking at fresh fish.  There was not much of a selection on this day and Scallops were on sale.  Decided to make a Shrimp and Scallop low carb meal using lots of fresh vegetables and garlic.
