DINNER AT HOME
Pretty surprised to see my Wife and Daughter love these two dishes. They devoured both and wanted more. Guess I will need to cook larger portions next time. After the prepping, these dishes cooked up in just minutes. Tons of flavor and a little heat from Crushed Red Pepper and Sambal Olek Chile Sauce!
