4 Sisters Bakery Butter Rolls are life changing.  All I can say is you "must' stop here when visiting Maui.  The Butter Rolls will blow you away.  Loved the Cheese Rolls too.

KAUAI WATERFALLS

Kauai is my favorite Hawaiian Island and it is so nice to be able to see beautiful waterfalls just minutes from the airport.  This allows me to do a little sightseeing when I am traveling with mainland reps visiting my business.  Wailua Falls is famous for being in the opening scene of the old tv show Fantasy Island.  I was a bit surprised when we were asked to pay $10 per person to park at 'Opaeka'a Falls.  That was $40 for a two minute view of the falls.

Another great lunch at Duke's in Kauai.  The fresh Ahi Sashimi is some of the best in Hawaii.  So fresh that it just melts in your mouth.  Also now a big lover of the Kalua Pork Nachos which are delicious.  The Fresh Fish of the Day was cooked perfectly and was really good with the sauce.  Hula Pie here is a MUST.  We went for the standard Macadamia Nut and the special Mint n' Chip.  Oh my.....cannot stop eating this!

Had some guests in town from the mainland and they had never tasted Jollibee Fried Chicken.

This is some of the best Chicken and Gravy on the planet.  Love it!

A cool rainy day in Honolulu is the best time to enjoy a bowl of Vietnamese Pho and Pho Saigon has some of the best.  Enjoyed the Lost in Saigon Pho which was loaded with meats and delicious.  Very filling and more than enough for two people.  Also enjoyed the Special Banh Mi which I think is one of the best in Honolulu.  Think this may be my "go to place" for Pho and Banh Mi Sandwiches!
