Made a Chaffle with Egg and Cheese then topped it with Ham, Avocado and Everything Bagel Seasoning.  This was so good that I wanted to eat another one.

Our friends cancelled dinner at the last minute last night so we did not eat dinner.

Woke up pretty hungry and found some great items in the fridge.  Made this breakfast that was delicious, filling and satisfying.  Cannot ask for much more.

I was feeling a little spicy this morning so I made a Low Carb Tortilla, Avocado, Egg, Cotija Cheese, Jalapeño, Salsa and Cilantro breakfast that was simply delicious.  Low carb too!

Loved this little breakfast stack with Avocado, Tomato, Portuguese Sausage and Egg that I made for breakfast.  The Tomato added another layer of flavor that I really liked.

It has been a while since I made breakfast on a weekend.  Looked in the refrigerator and saw Portuguese Sausage and half an Avocado so I made this little tower with Portuguese Sausage, Avocado and Egg.  My goodness this was delicious.  Avocado really goes well with Portuguese Sausage and the egg yolk all over Avocado......heaven!

I made this sandwich a few months back without the Avocado.  Since we had some Avocado left over from yesterday, I decided to use it up in my sandwich.  This was delicious.

Woke up and saw we had an Avocado that was very ripe and ready to use so I made Avocado Toast.

Topped Red Onion, Tomato, Everything on a Bagel Seasoning and an Egg.  Delicious!
