TUSCAN CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD

A good friend in California taught us his recipe for Tuscan Chicken several years ago. Since then we have made this dish dozens of times. Served the Chicken with a Caesar Salad compete with Shaved Parmesan, Anchovies and Tomato. Simply delicious!

AMYLU PROTEIN BITES

I am always looking for low carb snacks and food when shopping. Seems like there are more products available these days at Costco. Picked up these Protein Bites with Chicken, Cheese and Bacon. Not bad but don't think I would buy them again.

My Wife made the most perfect Sweet and Sour Shrimp with a light sweet sauce and perfectly cooked vegetables with a nice crunch. Nothing like the gloppy, mushy, over battered stuff you get at Chinese restaurants. This was delicious!

Had to return to Morimoto Asia Waikiki with my Wife after enjoying a delicious meal there with business associates. My Wife's favorites are the Pork Gyoza and Sticky Ribs and believe me they are both delicious. A new fave is the Kung Pan Cauliflower. Tasty way to enjoy your vegetables. I love the Whole Fish which is served with a spicy sauce that takes this dish over the top. Could eat this every week. We left full, satisfied and wanting to return again soon!

STEAK AND LOBSTER

My Wife prepared the most delicious and amazing dinner for our Niece and her friend who were visiting from California. This dinner was one of the best of my life. Both the Lobster and Steak were Sous Vide and they were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Everything from the Tartufo Cheese to the desserts were perfect. My Niece said the Tartufo Cheese with Raspberry Jam was one of the best thing she has ever eaten. Amazing dinner. So blessed to enjoy something this good at home!

Decided to splurge and try a $94 Japanese A5 Wagyu Steak for Mother's Day. Even at $94 this dinner at home was less expensive than going out for dinner. One steak was more than enough for two people and the flavor was great.
