Brick Fire Tavern just went up a notch in my book after this delicious meal.  This may be my new "go to" spot in Kaimuki.  Love the Pizza and Pasta plus the service was great.  I was seated facing the wall which has a beautiful hand drawn history of Napoletana Pizza and the restaurant.  Truly a work of art and something that everyone should spend a few minutes looking at.  Loved the Caesar Salad which comes nicely chilled and with a delicious dressing.  The Clams were a bit small and flavorless so this is probably a dish that I would not order again.  I did however like the Toasted Bread and Broth.  The Mama Mia Pizza and Spicy Vodka Pasta are items that I would order again and again.  Pizza here is solid and very good if you like the Napoletana style which is a bit floppy in the middle.  I prefer a crispier Pizza but the quality of ingredients, crust and sauce made this Pizza  one of my favorites in Hawaii.

After a long day walking, shopping, eating and getting some beauty treatments for my gals, I decided to stay in the room and sleep early.  My wife ordered the Caesar Salad with Chicken.  She requested Grilled Chicken in place of the Fried Chicken but they said it could not be done.  I went for the Vongole Pastas which was pretty good.  I got a few bites in and my daughter asked for a taste.  That was it, she devoured the rest of it.  The Signiel Hotel Room Service Menu is identical to the menu at The Lounge.

My Wife makes a homemade Caesar Dressing that is as good as any steakhouse.  The Anchovies and Avocado set this salad over the top and make it a family fave!

WOW!  What an experience sitting by the window overlooking Lake Louise.  

This had to be one of the best lunches of my life.  Sipping a very nice Canadian Chardonnay and having a Chicken Caesar Salad prepared at our table.  The absolute best Caesar Salad of my life.  The Chicken, Gravy and Salad was amazing.  The Cottage Pie with Bison was also 

incredible.  Couple all this with the view and wow...just a perfect time at the 

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

Always trying to use up those Rotisserie Chickens we buy at Costco and Sam's Club.  This Chicken Caesar Salad was delicious!

I was totally surprised how goof this dish was.  My Wife lightly breaded the Chicken with Parmesan Cheese and Bread Crumbs and then baked it in the oven.  Served with a delicious Caesar Salad with homemade dressing.  Chicken and Salad were fantastic!

This dinner is going on my all-time favorites lists.  Everything on the menu was amazing.  Started with fresh Ahi Sashimi and Poke.  Next up was Fois Gras on Garlic Toast with Raspberry Jam.  A bite of heaven.  Caesar Salad with Parmesan Crisps and Anchovies followed.  The star of the show were Sous Vide Tomahawk Ribeyes served with incredible Pan Fried Potatoes with Butter and Herbs.  Even the Grilled Broccolini with Garlic was exceptional.  Hats off to me for doing the appetizers and my Wife for doing the heavy lifting with the salad and meat courses.  Dessert shined with an English Toffee Cake served with Roselani Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.  Wow....this was so good!

Our Daughter had some friends over for dinner and my Wife made this delicious and beautiful Italian dinner.  The star of the show was the Kauai Prawns with Tomato and Garlic.  She infused the rich flavors of Tomato and Garlic into the Orzo.  Every bite was a burst of flavor.  The Caesar Salad was kicked up a notch with Avocado, Anchovies and Parmesan Crisps.  We love Prosciutto Wrapped Melon and Tartufo Cheese with Raspberry Jam so they were the perfect appetizers.  Loved this dinner!
