Always craving a Paniolo Ribeye from D.K. Steakhouse when it comes to eating steak. What I didn't know on this visit is that it would be our last visit ever. Turns out just days after I enjoyed my fave Paniolo Ribeye, the restaurant abruptly closed down. Shocking! This has been one of my favorite steakhouses in Hawaii for decades and I will miss it.

Wow....I love this sandwich. The Bale Special Sandwich with Cheese, no mayo and extra vegetables. One of my all-time favorite sandwiches on the planet!

I have been making large batches of this concoction for weeks and weeks. Basically live on it when trying to drop a few pounds. Simply two cans of Tuna Fish packed in water with any vegetables we have in the fridge. Always try to add Avocado and American Cheese plus a little Italian Dressing. So delicious, filling and low carb.

After the third time eating at Izakaya Matsuri, I am putting it on my all-time favorite Japanese restaurant list. This place is awesome. Love the food and service. When I like a restaurant it means that I leave happy and satisfied. Every time I eat here it hits the spot. The Toro is some of the best I have ever tasted and the Hamachi Kama is the best in Hawaii for sure. The sweet Hokkaido Crab should not be missed when available. The Wagyu Beef with Uni and Caviar blew me away with all three elements shining. So good! The Toronado Roll is one of the best Sushi Rolls I have ever tasted and I am craving it now.

Another almost flawless dinner at Margotto Hawaii. Damn I love this place. I say almost flawless because we tried a new dish that was Risotto with Abalone. The Abalone smelled fishy and the dish was terrible. First ever time I didn't like a dish here. Other than that, they were firing on all cylinders with some of the best food ever. Love the Chef and staff here as they really take care of us. On this visit Chef Kenji from Tokyo was here and he joined us for a photo. I met Kenji at Margotto Tokyo in Japan. Great guy and Chef. Every time I eat here my eyes roll back and I just say "wow". Some of the best tastes of my life.
