This is one of my favorite fish dishes in all Hawaii.  Always super fresh and always delicious.  Every time I eat this Mahi Mahi Bowl I am already thinking about my next trip so I can enjoy it again.  Love the layers of flavors and gentle hint of heat from the Korean sauce.

Whenever I fly out of the new Hawaiian Airlines terminal in Hawaii, I always try to leave time for the Mahi Mahi Bowl at the Mauka Market.  This is one of the best tasting and most satisfying plates in Hawaii.  Love it!

This Mahi Mahi Bowl has become my favorite preflight meal when departing from the Honolulu airport.  I actually plan my schedule to have time to enjoy it.  Love the slightly spicy sauce, fresh veggies and fish.  Better than most restaurants and always delicious!

When departing the Honolulu airport in the late afternoon, I love to enjoy a nice glass of Chardonnay along with the Grilled Mahi Mahi Rice Bowl at Le'Ahi Market.  This is a delicious dish with a tasty and little bit spicy sauce.  Totally filling and satisfying.

This has become my "go to" lunch when traveling overseas on Hawaiian Airlines.  Located in the new Terminal 1, the Mauka Market serves one of the best plates of fish on Oahu.  As good or better than most really good restaurants in Honolulu.  Fresh Mahi Mahi with a delicious slightly spicy sauce that packs flavor and a punch.  The veggies put this dish over the top for me.  Absolutely love it!
