On our way to the Los Angeles Airport and saw this Taco Truck on a main road going to the Rental Car Return.  Just had to stop and have some Taco's before leaving the country for a few weeks.  Ordered the Crazy Combo Niko's Way and was not disappointed.  Tacos were excellent with the Crunchy Shredded Beef being my favorite.  Birria was my second fave.

So good that I would definitely return to this truck when around LAX.

I love the Fairmont Breakers in Long Beach.  Great hotel, staff, restaurant and bar.  Rooms are a bit small but well appointed and comfortable.  Only thing is there is a smell coming from the bed sheets every time we stay here.  It has gotten to a point where we don't think we will return.  Have mentioned this to management with no response.

IN N' OUT BURGER - LONG BEACH, CA

Flying into Long Beach rather than LAX has so many advantages, especially when you can get to In N' Out within five minutes of leaving the airport with no traffic.  Always gotta start our trips with at least one In N' Out run.  Burgers are fantastic.  Fries not my fave and seems the beef patties have gotten a bit smaller.  May have to up my game to a Double Double next time.

HAWAIIAN AIRLINES - HONOLULU TO LONG BEACH, CA

Hawaiian Airlines service from Honolulu to Long Beach is just ok.  You don't get the lay flat seats but you do get the stress free experience of Long Beach versus the hustle and bustle of LAX.  Food on this flight was actually eatable which is a step up for Hawaiian Airlines.  Service is what you would expect on Hawaiian.  Just enough effort to get the job done.  Not really a First Class experience but much better than sitting in back.

Whenever I fly out of the new Hawaiian Airlines terminal in Hawaii, I always try to leave time for the Mahi Mahi Bowl at the Mauka Market.  This is one of the best tasting and most satisfying plates in Hawaii.  Love it!

Enjoyed a working dinner at the Capital Grill in Waikiki developing a script for our new Fujitsu television commercial.  This commercial poses many challenges as we are trying to have a big time Hawaii sports figure star in the spot.  Couple that with the schedules of three other athletes and others and it got quite complicated.  Anyway, the food was good.  Seafood Tower was large and enough for four people.  Loved the Double Cut Bacon with Korean Glaze.  This appetizer could be addicting.  My Bone In Ribeye was cooked to perfection and delicious.
