I am getting addicted to Duke's Barefoot Bar on Kauai.  Just love the outdoor seating with view of the bay.  Always great service and the Ahi Sashimi is some of the best ever.  Always super fresh and delicious.  The Hula Pie here is not to be missed.  We tried the Special Cookie Dough Hula Pie and it was good.  I do however prefer the original with coffee ice cream and the special Mint n' Chip.

Had a meeting with a customer in Hilo and he recommended we meet at Ola Brew.  Wow...the place was jam packed at around 2:30pm on a Friday.  Enjoyed the meeting and a pretty good Fish Sandwich.  Didn't try the beer but there was quite a bit flowing around me.

Another perfect and satisfying dinner at Arancino at The Kahala.  I went to my "go to" dishes with Ebe with Caviar and Carbonara Pasta with Truffles.  My wife opted for the Caesar Salad and Uni Pasta which is one of her favorite pasta dishes in Hawaii.  Great service and a walk around the grounds of the Kahala made this a beautiful evening.

Needed some sandwiches for the office and decided to go with Banh Mi's instead of the usual Subs.  Found Bella Banh Mi Cafe on DoorDash and they were great.  Probably the second best Banh Mi Sandwich next to BaLe Sandwich.  Bread, meats, pate and veggies were great.  Definitely will be back here again!

NO WATER CHICKEN SOUP

DINNER AT HOME

This Chicken Soup is made with no water and simmered for four hours.  Ingredients are clean with a whole Chicken, Carrots, Celery, Napa Cabbage, Apple, Onions and Ginger.  Seasoned with only Chicken Base.  Tasted really good.
