GRILLED SWORDFISH WITH GOCHUJANG MAPLE GLAZE


DINNER AT HOME

One of my favorite fish dishes in Hawaii is served at the Honolulu airport.  It is a Mahi Mahi Bowl with Rice and Vegetables.  My Wife loves the dish too, and she made her first attempt to make it at home using Swordfish in place of the Mahi Mahi.  She prepared a Glaze with Korean Gochujang Paste, Maple Syrup, Rice Wine Vinegar and Sesame Oil.  This added a sweet and spicy taste that really put this dinner over the top.  Perfectly cooked sautéed vegetables topped the fish.  This was absolutely FANTASTIC and will now be in our regular dinner rotation for sure.
