After enjoying our first Cheesesteak at Pat's King of Steaks, we walked across the street to Geno's Steaks. Pretty much the same set up with menu, sides and pricing. Ordered at the window and in just minutes our sandwich was ready. As I walked to our table I grabbed some napkins and saw that they had a Hot Sauce so I brought the sandwich over and drizzled the sauce on the beef. My first bite at Geno's was without the hot sauce and I immediately noticed that the meat was a lot more moist and dripped all over my hands. The bun was softer than Pat's too. Liked the flavor but then I tried it with the hot sauce and BAM! Loved the flavor even more. My wife did not like the fact that the Geno's sandwich had the cheese spread on the bread. She preferred Pat's where the cheese is on top of the meat. The verdict was one vote for Geno's (me) and one vote for Pat's (wife). To break the Cheesesteak tie, we then went to Angelo's Pizza to try what many people say is the best Cheesesteak in Philadelphia.
