Absolutely LOVED our dinner at The Circular. In fact, this was one of my favorite meals of the year so far. Service was impeccable with an amazing waiter who really took good care of us. The Lobster Bisque was one of the best we have ever tasted. I loved the local Pennsylvania Cheese Plate and finished every last morsel on the plate. The Baby Gem Caesar Salad was perfect and at this point I wanted to kiss the Chef and told my wife that the Chef here really has it going on and could cook. Then came my perfectly cooked and seasoned Steak with a nice piece of Foie Gras. One bite and I told my wife that the Chef was a superstar. The Steak was perfect and definitely in the Top 10 Steaks of my life. The Mushrooms, Potatoes and Veggies on the plate were also delicious and I think I pretty much licked the plate. Only complaint was the Chocolate Soufflé which I thought would be the best coming from The Hershey Hotel was terrible. Not really worth eating and we didn't finish it. Had very little chocolate flavor. Heck they could have drizzled some Hershey Chocolate on it and topped it with a Hershey Kiss. Anyway, the dessert didn't dampen my feelings on The Circular. The Chef here can cook and I would love to return to try more menu items.
