Leaving Philadelphia on an early morning flight and decided to grab breakfast at Bar Symon.
Ordered the Avocado Toast which looked terrible on the plate but tasted great. They put a Italian Dressing on the toast the elevated the flavor by ten fold. The waitress was amazing here as she handled the entire restaurant by herself and she was calm, polite and friendly.
