Enjoyed a mid day snack at Circle Bar.  The Tuna Wonton Tacos were nice bites. 

The Parmesan Chicken Meatballs were tasteless and should be taken off the menu and replaced with Nonna's Meatballs from Gusto at Nemacolin.  Caviar Deviled Eggs were a bit watery and did not deliver on flavor.  Maybe try the Burger when you are here.  They looked good.
