I would never return to The Tailor's Son if you paid me. Probably the worst customer service ever reported on this blog since 2008. The staff here is worthless. My girls parked me here while they shopped on Fillmore Street. I had a table out front on a perfect San Francisco day. Ordered a glass of wine and just took in the sights and people watched. Not one time did a waiter or waitress ask me if I wanted another glass of wine or water. I had to get up and flag someone down to reorder. This continued so I asked for a menu to order some lunch. I sat and sat while the waiter walked by me numerous times without acknowledging me or taking my order. Here I am at a restaurant and nobody wants to take an order. This was terrible. Finally I waved the waiter down and asked for the check. When he came back with the credit card slip I said to him that the tip would have been larger if he would have taken my order. I then calmly let him know that the service here sucks. He of course didn't give a shit.
