With our favorite restaurant on Oahu now closed (Margotto Hawaii), we have been going back to our second favorite restaurant which is Arancino at The Kahala. Food and service always excellent here and on this special birthday visit it did not disappoint. We tried the Carpaccio di Polpo for the first time and it was incredible. Slices of Octopus with Garlic Crunch, Celery Ribbons, Olives and a light Lemon Garlic Olive Oil Dressing. Will be ordering this dish every time for now on. Next up was one of my all time favorite dishes which is the Tartare di Gamberi con Caviale or Caviar with Ebe (Shrimp). This always hits the spot and is perfect with a glass of champagne. The Lobster Bisque is the best on Oahu and my wife and daughter ALWAYS order it. Highly recommend the Pizza Tre Porcellini which is like a Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza. Delicious! My daughter loved the Pappardelle alla Bolognese and I really enjoyed the Rigatoni all' Amatriciana which was a nice change up from me normally getting the Carbonara which I love. My wife loved the Tagliolini Neri con Astice which is a nice Main Lobster with Squid Ink Pasta. I had this dish on our last visit and loved it. Appreciated the great service and special Happy Birthday dessert presented by the Manager.

Love this restaurant and will continue coming back again and again!
