DINNER AT HOME
St. Patrick's Day was delicious at my house. My wife made the absolutely most delicious Corned Beef that I have ever had in my life. The meat was so flavorful and moist. You could cut it with a fork and it literally melted in my mouth. Amazing. The Cabbage and Carrots were also infused with a ton of flavor which made this one of my favorite meals of the year!
