The Italian Sandwich at E.A.R.L. was a Mayonnaise and Peppers mess. Probably one of the worst Italian Sandwiches I have ever tasted, or at least tried to taste. So bad in fact that I did not eat a third of it before throwing in the towel. The mayo and huge chunks of peppers turned off my taste buds big time. The Lettuce and Tomatoes were mush. The meats were actually good but they were overtaken by all the mayo. The Peppers were so large that you needed to get a knife out to cut them. TOTAL WASTE OF $23. I have eaten dozens of Italian Sandwiches and cannot remember one with mayo on it. A good Olive Oil and Vinegar would have been nice in place of the fricking Mayo overdose. I also tried the Hot Chicken Sandwich with Lettuce and Tomato. It was pretty good.
