The Switchback Grill was directly across the street from our condo in Zion. We literally just walked across the street to dinner. This was so nice after a day of hiking. Food and service were excellent. We started with the Crab Cakes which were really good. Nice pieces of crab without a lot of fillers. The Wedge Salad was a Monster. Definitely enough for two people and served with all the fixings I like. Egg, Bacon and Blue Cheese. The Beet Salad was super fresh and the Beets definitely were the star on the plate. I loved my Bison Filet which was cooked perfectly. My wife went for the Bone-In Prime Beef and damn near finished it all.
Definitely would return here when visiting Zion.
