After a lot of travel and eating like crazy, I had to take a step back and reset the body clock. Started with a 72 hour fast and then did five days of just eating one bowl a day. I hit Jersey Mikes the most ordering online and then just walking in and picking up to avoid the line. My faves are the Philly Cheese Steak and Italian in a Bowl with lots of lettuce.
Worked as I dropped some pounds. Will be doing this again soon.
