DINNER AT HOME
We had Bell Peppers and some leftover Meat Sauce so I combined the two to make Stuffed Peppers. Added a little bit of rice to the Meat Sauce and topped with Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese.

STUFFED BELL PEPPERS
DINNER AT HOME
Had a few extra Bell Peppers that needed to be used so I made Stuffed Bell Peppers. Mixed Ground Beef and Pork with Rice, Parmesan Cheese, Diced Tomatoes, Garlic, Onions and spices. Baked for one hour covered with foil and then another 15 minutes without foil at 375 degrees. Served with Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce. When you get a bite of the Bell Pepper, Filling and Sauce all in one bite it is heaven. This dish came out perfect and the entire family loved it!
